• 6+ years combined of related education, experience, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer enterprise IT systems with emphasis on reliability, security and efficiency.
• Configure software, patches, and updates for optimal performance and security.
• Manage Linux, macOS and Windows devices in remote environments.
• Provide user support and training, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with security to implement secure devices and processes.
• Work with IT peers to ensure integrated, seamless systems.
