Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking an Engineer II, Integration to serve as the lead database engineer for MIS, gathering database and data feed requirements from internal and external stakeholders and translating them into accurate, well-functioning data integrations.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain databases and data feeds that connect MIS with clients, banking institutions, and third-party administrators (TPAs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field is required.
• 5+ years of database management experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data integration methods; accounting knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high data quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple internal/external systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather database and data feed requirements from internal/external stakeholders.
• Determine project scope, risks, timelines and create technical docs.
• Design, build and maintain databases and data feeds for MIS and clients.
• Monitor databases and debug scripts for optimized performance.
• Create and maintain secure, well-archived data feeds to MIS/clients/TPAs.
• Stay current on database engineering best practices and contribute to projects.
