Job summary

Republic Bank of Chicago is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Analyst in Oak Brook, IL to own and drive end-to-end data integrations. You will work with APIs, file-based interfaces, and data transformations, profiling data and reconciling results to ensure production readiness.

You will lead AML platform implementation and collaborate across AML/BSA, Core Banking, Fintech, and Operations teams to translate regulatory needs into technical requirements and monitor integration performance.

Qualifications

• Seven years in systems integration or data analytics in financial services.
• Experience leading multi-system integrations with end-to-end data flows.
• Ability to interpret REST API specs, JSON payloads, and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration workstreams and document end-to-end data flows.
• Analyze interfaces including APIs, file-based interfaces, and data transformations.
• Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot production integration issues across systems and partners.
• Support AML platform implementation and ongoing integration initiatives.
