Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Minimum of 5 years of systems, network, or infrastructure administration in a mid-sized enterprise.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and related cloud tech.
• Manage user accounts, authentication, MFA, and identity security.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and new tech to improve performance and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and document configurations and procedures.
• Ensure security events and compliance align with NIST and cybersecurity standards.
