KenCrest is seeking a System Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimize our infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems. You will support over 1,000 users across 150+ locations with Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and disaster recovery.

The role is hybrid, with in-office presence about one day per week at our Plymouth Meeting, PA site. You will collaborate with IT leadership, implement secure solutions, and drive automation while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted; two years of relevant experience may be substituted for one year of education.
• 5+ years of systems, network, or infrastructure administration experience in a small to mid-sized enterprise environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking technologies.
• Working knowledge of firewall administration, backup and disaster recovery processes, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with automation, scripting, SQL, or systems integrations (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server) (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware/Broadcom and enterprise telecommunications systems.
