Job summary

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification is required.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of Adobe troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Application Suite.
• Experience with EDMS, Active Directory, and SharePoint.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document procedures and follow established processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; patient and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
• Diagnose root causes and implement solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for users and log issues in trouble ticketing system.
• Escalate significant issues to Tier 3 support.
• Install and configure software; document procedures and FAQs.
• Guide users and provide follow-up to ensure resolution.
