Job summary

Temple University is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to design and implement campus sustainability programming, coordinate outreach with students, faculty, and staff, and support institution-wide reporting on sustainability progress.

The role reports to the Sustainability Senior Manager and involves developing engaging programs like EcoRep activities, coordinating events, and assisting with annual reporting such as AASHE STARS. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in sustainability, community organizing, or education.
• Experience coordinating projects or developing programming related to sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates sustainability-related programming for students, staff, and faculty.
• Promotes sustainability literacy through outreach and engagement strategies.
• Provides administration, project support, and student worker management for campus sustainability initiatives.
