AIP in College Park, MD is seeking a Survey Assistant to support survey-based research projects. You will collect and verify data, perform data entry, and maintain records with high accuracy. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Hybrid work environment with offices in College Park and occasional in Washington, DC. The position starts around November 2nd, 2026 and pays $18.40 per hour for part-time hours (<30 per week).

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Experience with recordkeeping, data entry, or administrative support is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound and follow-up telephone calls to collect, clarify, and verify survey data.
• Research and confirm information using online sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry in survey databases and tracking systems.
• Maintain detailed records of responses, contacts, and follow-ups in accordance with project guidelines.
• Review and validate questionnaire responses through logic and value checks to ensure data integrity.
• Apply coding procedures to survey questionnaire items following established protocols.
• Support general office and project-related administrative tasks as assigned.
