Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a human services field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPRP certification or willingness to be certified.
• Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Permanent Supportive Housing program and lead the supportive services team.
• Provide day-to-day supervision of PSH Coordinators to achieve program goals.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers to support residents.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with funders’ requirements.
• Foster a recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed service approach.
