NLC Support is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator for a part-time position in New Jersey. Qualifications

• One year of proven experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass criminal background and CARI check.
• Covid vaccination required by the state of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Assess service needs and develop the New Jersey Individualized Service Plan (NJISP).
• Establish achievable goals and outcomes for clients.
• Conduct ongoing monthly monitoring of clients.
