Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner and S&OP Coordinator to lead forecasting, purchasing, and inventory for externally manufactured goods. You will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure supply continuity and align with commercial demand forecasts.

You will drive the S&OP process, manage POs for APIs and packaging, and support new product launches with project teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand planning, or business planning.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and scenario planning capabilities.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making processes.
• Understanding of inventory management and supply planning principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional business environments.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly forecasts for external manufacturing and packaging partners.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to review demand forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Support new product launches, technology transfers, and external manufacturing transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate the monthly S&OP process and planning calendar.
• Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs into a unified business plan.
• Develop inventory, capacity, and supply scenarios to support executive decisions.
• Lead cross-functional planning reviews and governance meetings.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision-support materials.
• Monitor planning KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support inventory management and working capital optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance to align operational and business assumptions.
• Communicate inventory-related risks and opportunities through the planning process.
• Develop inventory recommendations balancing service, growth, and working capital.
• Track actions and commitments from the S&OP process.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

Position Summary

As the Supply Planner and S&OP Coordinator, you will lead planning, purchasing and inventory management for externally manufactured and packaged finished goods. The role works cross-functionally ensuring inventory availability, supply continuity, and alignment with commercial demand forecasts. In addition, the position facilitates and manages the execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining planning discipline, facilitating decision-making forums, and ensuring alignment across commercial, supply chain, finance, operations, and leadership teams.

How You'll Spend Your Day

• Develop and provide monthly forecasts for external manufacturing and packaging partners.

• Track actions, decisions, and commitments generated through the S&OP process.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, reporting capabilities, and business planning maturity.

Physical Requirements
