Atrium Staffing LLC is assisting a San Diego medical device client to fill a Supply Coordinator role on a 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end purchasing, liaise with Procurement, Finance, suppliers and lab teams to keep projects on track.

The job is 40 hours/week, hybrid in San Diego, with a focus on sourcing, invoicing, spend tracking and process improvements to reduce delays.

Formación

• 3+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or vendor management experience.
• Hands-on purchasing, order coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and use sound judgment.
• Clear communicator with strong internal/external relationships.
• Highly organized with attention to detail in records and documentation.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills; familiarity with purchasing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate supply requests and purchasing activities per established processes.
• Resolve routine issues such as delivery delays or incomplete information, and escalate non-routine exceptions with facts.
• Assess request urgency and communicate delivery timelines and risks to requesters.
• Work with Laboratory and Site teams to anticipate shortages and upcoming supply needs.
• Coordinate availability, delivery, and service questions with suppliers; partner with Procurement on sourcing, approvals, and supplier concerns.
• Spot cost-saving opportunities and bring them to Procurement.
• Partner with Finance to track spend, reconcile invoices, and keep records accurate.
• Provide regular spending updates to requesting teams.
• Suggest and help implement improvements to supply coordination processes.
