University of Michigan in Ann Arbor is seeking a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst Intermediate to support enterprise supply chain systems, ERP and EHR data workflows, and process improvements. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement new functionality and maintain the current environment, while delivering reliable production support.

The role requires 3–5 years of ERP/EHR experience, proficiency with ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, GHX and Syft, and strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3–5 years with ERP/EHR data systems including testing and implementation.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and write business cases.
• Experience with SDLC and system implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service tickets via ServiceNow with timely updates.
• Provide IT support for PeopleSoft, GHX, Syft, and related apps.
• Independently investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Lead major projects for new technologies and interfaces between systems.
• Document and deliver system requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support Michigan Medicine hospitals as needed.
