Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to optimize production and procurement scheduling, forecast alignment, and inventory management. You will collaborate with business and manufacturing teams to maintain service levels and lead times while presenting key metrics.

The role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, CPIM certification or willingness to pursue, and Lean/Six Sigma experience. Hybrid work with travel to Columbia, MO is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with minimum 2 years in supply chain, planning, logistics or manufacturing; or High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years in related fields.
• APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue; Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and advanced data analysis using Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create production and procurement schedules for area of responsibility.
• Work with the business to understand customer requirements and forecasts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to maintain inventory levels and lead times.
• Develop and maintain operating rhythms for supply chain operations.
• Provide planning analyses to support decision making.
• Publish and present service and inventory metrics.
• Lead projects to improve supply chain speed and inventory investment.
• Review and report on project progress with management.
