Job summary

Crayola seeks a Supply Chain Planner & Analyst to manage finished, semi, and raw material planning with internal manufacturing and external suppliers, including long-term capacity planning. You will ensure data accuracy in SAP and PSI tools while coordinating with global teams to meet annual sales plans.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Industrial Management, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory management, and external manufacturing, with international purchasing experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MPS, MRP, and DRP, with strong inventory planning and replenishment understanding.
• Familiarity with AI, automation tools, or advanced analytics to improve supply chain planning.
• APICS certification desirable.
• SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global capacity planning function to maximize asset utilization and develop contingency plans.
• Develop and execute purchasing and production plans, including POs and supplier forecasts, to meet service levels while optimizing inventory and cost.
• Control movement of materials and finished goods across Crayola's global distribution network.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management with cross-functional teams for successful launches and lifecycle changes.
• Collaborate to improve minimum order quantities, lead times and flexibility; support Six Sigma/Lean projects.
• Lead weekly or periodic meetings with stakeholders to communicate production requirements.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Customer Service to align forecasted needs and resolve supply issues.
• Reconcile receipts and invoices with Crayola & Hallmark AP systems.
• Maintain inventory synchronization across SAP and third-party systems; drive OSMI and excess inventory reduction.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards (IBP, Power BI) for plans and performance.
