Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to create production and procurement schedules, manage inventory, and drive supply chain improvements. Hybrid work is offered with travel to the Columbia location at least 3 days per week.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience or a HS diploma with 6+ years, plus SAP and advanced Excel skills. APICS CPIM or Six Sigma are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in supply chain, planning, logistics or manufacturing.
• OR High School Diploma with 6+ years in supply chain, planning, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and advanced data analysis is preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience is beneficial.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create production and procurement schedules for area of responsibility.
• Maintain inventory levels and lead times aligned to business requirements.
• Develop operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Provide planning analysis to support decision making.
• Publish and present service and inventory metrics.
• Identify and lead projects to improve supply chain speed and inventory investment.
