Job summary

Helen of Troy is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory & Logistics Coordinator in El Paso, TX. This non-exempt, hourly role supports WIP/OP in the ORACLE system and coordinates with co-packers to ensure accurate records.

The position requires ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), strong Excel skills, and effective communication. A hybrid schedule combines in-office collaboration Tue–Thu with remote work Mon and Fri.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service coordination in consumer goods.
• Solid ERP experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Proven MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all transactions in WIP/OP modules within ORACLE to support internal and external customers.
• Create discrete jobs in WIP/OP ORACLE from planograms and obtain internal requisition to generate POs.
• Follow up with co-packers to ensure transactions match records in ORACLE.
• Perform receiving transactions in ORACLE for invoicing goods.
• Do miscellaneous adjustments with supervisor approval as needed.
• Reconcile end-of-month inventory with co-packers and validate transactions.
