Alen is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Austin, TX (Hybrid). The role focuses on developing and executing strategic sourcing to secure the right products at the right time for optimal price and quality.

You will evaluate spending, supplier partnerships, and opportunities to improve sourcing capabilities across the organization. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electronics/mechanical procurement, strong leadership, and proven success in complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or supply chain; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in senior procurement with cost, quality, and delivery ownership.
• Experience with ERP systems, MRP, and inventory management.

Responsabilités

• Own cost, quality, and delivery targets to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Develop negotiation strategies to reduce shortages and manage costs.
• Optimize supplier terms to improve performance, cash flow, and profitability.
• Lead supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and cross-functional reviews.
• Provide regular updates to executives on cost targets and KPIs.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance sourcing team.
