Alen Air Purifiers is seeking a seasoned Supply Change Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and cost optimization. You will partner with manufacturing and other departments to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electronics/mechanical procurement, with proven leadership and strong negotiation skills. Role requires travel and global supplier oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain teams and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of cost, quality, and delivery to hit targets.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, and contract negotiations.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with product roadmaps and manufacturing partners.
• Create supplier scorecards and conduct periodic business reviews.
• Oversee inventory control and coordination with Demand Planning.
• Provide regular executive-level updates on cost reduction initiatives.
