Novelis, a global leader in aluminum recycling and rolling, is seeking a Supply Chain Leader, Business Improvement in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on cross-functional process improvement, data-driven decision support, and automation adoption.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain in manufacturing with exposure to S&OP, Master Planning or Demand Planning.
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and improve supply chain business processes.
• Develop end-to-end process maps and documentation to identify gaps and opportunities for standardization.
• Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain tools and evaluate technologies that improve efficiency and performance.
• Evaluate business challenges holistically, considering upstream and downstream impacts for sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with SC teams and other departments to understand needs and drive resolutions using analytics and visualization tools.
• Advance automation, digital tools, AI, and analytics to improve decision-making and reduce manual work.
• Coach stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management.
