Job summary

Novelis, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Supply Chain Leader, Business Improvement to drive end-to-end process optimization across manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and the adoption of automation and digital tools to elevate performance.

As a leader, you will map processes, identify gaps, and partner with SC, operations, recycling, and commercial teams to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain with exposure to S&OP, Master Planning, or Demand Planning.
• Exposure to supply chain analytics and ML/AI concepts.
• Must possess influencing skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel.
• Excellent MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau, Databricks, SQL and/or Python).
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and improve supply chain processes.
• Develop end-to-end process maps and documentation to identify gaps and opportunities for standardization and improvement.
• Lead initiatives to enhance existing supply chain tools and evaluate technologies that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.
• Evaluate business challenges holistically to identify sustainable solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with SC teams and other functions to understand requirements and pain points; propose solutions using analytics and visualization tools.
• Drive adoption of automation, digital tools, AI, and analytics capabilities to improve decision-making and reduce manual work.
• Coach stakeholders and promote best practices to support change management and continuous improvement.
• Learn and apply new analytical methods and technologies to solve business challenges.
