Job summary

Novelis, a leader in aluminum recycling and rolled products, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst/Improvement role in Atlanta. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, map end-to-end workflows, and drive automation and analytics adoption.

Collaboration with multiple teams and a focus on continuous improvement are required. The role emphasizes data analytics, AI, and visualization skills, with exposure to PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, Python, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain in manufacturing with exposure to S&OP, Master Planning, Demand Planning.
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or similar discipline.
• Exposure to supply chain analytics and use of advanced analytics tools, ML/AI.
• Influencing skills to direct and develop others to accomplish objectives.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau, Databricks, SQL and/or Python).
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
• Desire to take initiative and build relationships with Supply Chain teams, operations, recycling, and commercials.
• Experience with advanced planning and order entry systems preferred.
• Ability to learn new software programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, evaluate, and improve supply chain business processes.
• Develop end-to-end process maps and documentation to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to enhance existing supply chain tools and evaluate technologies that improve efficiency, visibility, and performance.
• Evaluate business challenges holistically, considering upstream and downstream impacts to identify sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with SC teams and others to understand requirements and propose solutions using analytics, process mapping, and visualization tools.
• Drive adoption of automation, digital tools, AI, and analytics capabilities to improve decision-making and reduce manual work.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by coaching stakeholders and supporting change management.
• Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new analytical methods and digital tools.
