Intel Corporation’s Foundry division is seeking a Business Analyst to help shape supply chain solutions across the organization. You will work with stakeholders in supply chain, operations, and engineering to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive process improvements.

In a hybrid role based in the US, you’ll facilitate workshops, document user stories, lead UAT, and support deployment readiness while measuring outcomes to ensure value delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Operations, or related areas.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping current and future-state processes.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, deployment, or operational adoption of business and technology solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify challenges and translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Analyze current processes to identify automation and standardization opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to create future-state processes and systems.
• Develop user stories, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead requirements traceability from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Lead UAT and coordinate business testers.
• Support change management and deployment readiness.
• Measure post-implementation success and business outcomes.
• Help manage project scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Share best practices, lessons learned, and process standards.
