Intel Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst for Intel Foundry's Supply Chain Enablement team in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will shape future supply chain processes, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive automation and standardization across systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Operations, Systems Implementation, or related areas.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping current and future-state processes.
Experience supporting testing, implementation, deployment, or operational adoption of business and technology solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify challenges and translate needs into requirements.
Analyze current-state processes to identify automation and standardization opportunities.
Facilitate workshops to design future-state processes and system solutions.
Develop user stories, requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to evaluate solutions.
