Job summary

The role focuses on transforming how supply chain solutions are designed and delivered, partnering with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and engineering to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will develop user stories, requirements, and process maps, while driving UAT, adoption, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Operations, Systems Implementation, or related areas.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and mapping current and future-state processes.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, deployment, or operational adoption of business and technology solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify challenges, define objectives, and translate business needs into requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Facilitate workshops to design future-state processes and system solutions.
• Develop user stories, requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive requirements traceability from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and coordinate business testers to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management, training, deployment readiness, and user adoption activities.
• Measure post-implementation outcomes to ensure expected value is realized.
• Help manage project scope, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Share best practices and contribute to process standards.
