Job summary

Gallo is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to analyze data and collaborate across planning, sourcing, production, and distribution. You will help leadership make informed, strategic decisions that impact cost savings, capital investments, and product launches.

You will contribute to forecasting, scenario planning, and the S&OP process while translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders. A hybrid work setup is available with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of supply chain, corporate finance, engineering, sourcing, production/operations, or Analytical experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact performance.
• Contribute to forecasting, scenario planning, and business strategy development while supporting the S&OP process.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations to support department goals such as cost savings and capital investments.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency as projects move forward.
• Develop supplier scorecards and monitor forecast accuracy at a detailed level to drive continuous improvement.
