Leonardo DRS in Melbourne, FL, seeks an Analyst II to own material planning, demand forecasting, supplier performance, and risk visibility in a data-driven supply chain. You will collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and Procurement to keep programs on track and ahead of issues.

You will drive adoption of AI and digital tools to make the supply chain faster and more predictive, supporting a hybrid onsite schedule with 2–3 days per week on site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in high-tech, aerospace, or defense supply chain.
• Working knowledge of planning, procurement, and contract flow-down.
• Comfort with Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFAR compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication under pressure.
• Ability to define, document, and govern KPIs across stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting or automation.
• Experience facilitating analytics tool adoption and training.

Responsabilidades

• Drive supplier performance and order execution; track requisitions and dates.
• Own risk and compliance visibility; monitor program health and flag issues.
• Represent Supply Chain in customer negotiations and program reviews with data.
• Bridge communication between buyers, suppliers, and program teams.
• Champion AI and digital tools in daily supply chain decisions.
