Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain, information systems, analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain analytics, data & analytics, digital product management, AI/automation, or related roles.
• 2+ years developing, configuring, or enabling AI agents, ML, or workflow-based automation.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning and understanding processes and workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Zenlytic, MCP, Foundry, Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain AI strategy execution and use case delivery.
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders, functional experts, and IT to identify, prioritize, and deliver high‑value AI use cases aligned to business strategy.
• Serve as the primary interface between business users and technical teams for AI capability development across platforms.
• Translate business problems into AI product requirements, user stories, workflows, and governance needs.
• Oversee multiple cross‑functional, high‑visibility initiatives with diverse stakeholders and limited oversight.
• Drive experimentation, prototyping, and scaling of AI‑enabled solutions.
