Job summary

Leonardo DRS in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Material Program Manager for Supply Chain to own long‑term agreements and supplier execution. You will drive IOP alignment across Operations and Supply Chain, manage RPR/EAC/PMR, and lead supplier awards with a focus on reducing risk and improving performance.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of supply, quality, and cost, while managing complex aerospace/defense programs with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in program management or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of program management tools and procedures.
• Exposure to earned value cost accounting and reporting; metrics for progress and variance analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and negotiation of Long-Term Agreements and Price Agreements.
• Drive Integrated Operating Plan (IOP) alignment across Operations and Supply Chain.
• Lead Red Program Reviews (RPR), EAC, and PMR, representing supply chain status and risk.
• Kick off and manage supplier awards, ensuring smooth handoff from sourcing to execution.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and resolve issues across functional teams.
• Liaise between Operations, Supply Chain, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep contract execution moving.
• Analyze supplier performance data to prepare QBR scorecards and materials.
• Oversee end-to-end supplier transitions to ensure continuity of supply, quality and cost.
