Job summary

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
Must be enrolled in school during internship.
Typically between junior and senior years (undergrad) or 1st/2nd year of graduate program.
Experience with business process optimization and/or gathering business requirements.
Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Interact with product owners, product managers and business users to understand requirements and product enhancement opportunities
Create requirements documentation and user stories that outline the desired processes and specifications
Participate in daily and weekly Agile team meetings and ceremonies
Work with development team to translate requirements into a feasible technical design
Discover the process of developing wireframe designs by interacting with the user experience lead
Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the requirements are implemented per the specifications/user stories and help troubleshoot issues
Partake in meetings to plan the deployment of the tools
