Job summary

Ally is offering an 11-week paid internship designed to turn students from educated to experienced, with mentoring from leaders and hands-on, project-based work across commercial underwriting, consumer underwriting, credit risk analytics, and more.

The program runs May 25 through July 30, 2027, with 40 hours per week, a mix of in-office and remote days, and market-competitive hourly compensation plus a sign-on bonus and housing assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
• Major in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Have hands on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting.
• Lead an end of assignment presentation.
