Job summary

Equitable is offering a Summer 2027 Internship program in the United States with a hybrid schedule. You will work on meaningful projects, gain cross-functional exposure, and contribute to data-driven analyses that shape business decisions.

The program emphasizes collaboration, learning, and networking across teams, with a nine-week duration and an hourly rate of $22. The role requires students to be near one of our offices in New York, Syracuse, or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and entering junior or senior year at the time of the internship.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience contributing to meaningful projects that support key business priorities.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with professionals across the organization on cross-functional projects.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership audiences.
• Participate in networking, learning, and professional development opportunities during the program.
