Everest Group, Ltd. invites you to join its 10-week 2027 Claims Internship Program in Warren, NJ. This hybrid role blends in-office and remote work, with real-world exposure to Property & Casualty Reinsurance and insurance operations.

You will support Claims leaders, participate in high-value case work, and develop investigative skills while engaging with industry experts and emerging technologies. This internship prepares you for our Rotational Development Program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Leadership or involvement in campus activities, clubs, or community.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Support claims leaders across a diverse multi-class portfolio.
• Attend meetings and prepare presentations on high-value and complex losses.
• Participate in client visits and audits to develop investigative skills.
• Collaborate on research projects using industry data sources.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and growth activities.
• Gain hands-on experience with AI and emerging technologies.
