The 10-week internship exposes you to Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance, with hands-on training, real-world projects, and networking with industry experts. The role supports the Design Engineering team and offers growth through leadership workshops and a potential Rotational Development Program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering at an accredited college/university.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Engineering team in reimagining the customer journey and developing innovative solutions.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help design streamlined processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team leaders, analysts and peers to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Participate in a variety of leadership and professional development activities.
• Prepare for a smooth transition into the Rotational Development Program.
