Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in operations, administration, logistics, or data coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report production data to measure productivity and track weekly deliverables.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with studio and cross-functional partners on status, changes, requirements, and risks.
• Oversee data creation workflows and internal image production systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop creative briefs, manage timelines, coordinate approvals, and ensure follow-through.
• Manage sample intake, tagging, tracking, and returns.
• Oversee post-production workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient studio environment.
• Process and manage vendor invoices.
• Adapt to and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
