Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive program adoption across studio locations. You’ll deliver the weekly behavior-change curriculum, build community presence, and support members with tools for success, all within a flexible schedule and hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes in-person workshop facilitation, member retention, and coaching to help members reach wellness goals while representing WW at events

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creation skills.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Experience facilitating groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience using the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build community connections and partnerships to attract new members and raise brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship-building and providing tools and support.
• Deliver behavior-change coaching, encouraging reflection, problem-solving and action planning for new members.
