Job summary

Apple Health is seeking a highly strategic Studies Project Manager to lead human study efforts for health sensors and algorithms. You will bridge internal teams and external partners, driving operational strategy, day-to-day study operations, and data management oversight.

The role requires experience across the human studies lifecycle, regulatory knowledge, and a track record of managing both site-based and virtual studies with hardware/software devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of direct experience in clinical project management or clinical operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end study lifecycle, GCP, and domestic/international regulations.
• Proven track record of scoping, evaluating, onboarding and managing global CROs and external vendors.
• Experience running virtual/remote studies with hardware/software devices.
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting at project/study level.

Responsibilities

• Architect and enforce end-to-end study strategy, aligning internal teams and external partners to milestones and data quality goals.
• Own project timelines end-to-end and manage study budgets, ensuring scope and spend accountability.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data analysis, legal, business development), drive meetings, and present status to senior management.
