Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Senior Research Project Manager for the Apple Women's Health Study (AWHS). The role involves leading day-to-day AWHS operations, coordinating with principal investigators, and ensuring timely deliverables across the Mahalingaiah Lab and external partners.

You will manage project timelines, SOP development, IRB submissions, and communication across teams, sponsors, and collaborators, with a focus on rigorous study management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Master's degree or MPH strongly preferred.
• Experience or training in epidemiology or public health is preferred.
• Experience with IRBs, protocol development, and research staff training preferred.
• Knowledge of standard epidemiologic methods and data science exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of AWHS and related lab activities.
• Coordinate priorities with principal investigators and team members.
• Develop and monitor timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate cross-institution communication and sponsor collaboration.
• Revise priorities and deliverables based on sponsor input.
• Assist with SOPs and IRB submissions coordination.
• Liaise with Advarra and external review partners for approvals.
• Maintain Data Management Plan and related study documents.
• Coordinate survey development and implementation for study activities.
• Support recruitment, retention, and editorial communications.
