Job summary

The University of Arizona's W.A. Franke Honors College invites applications for the Coordinator, Student Recruitment role.

You will promote the college to prospective students and families, building relationships with high schools, counselors, and community organizations while guiding admissions and enrollment processes. This hybrid Scottsdale-based position requires travel to meet enrollment targets, with occasional remote work, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive per Fleet Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment travel and outreach within Maricopa County to reach enrollment goals.
• Counsel prospective students, parents, and counselors on education planning and admissions processes.
• Collaborate with committees to review admissions applications and provide expert recommendations.
• Develop recruitment programs in Maricopa County with internal and external stakeholders.
