Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced learning.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment travel and outreach to Maricopa County to meet enrollment goals; promote the Franke Honors College at high schools and events.
• Counsel prospective students, parents, and counselors on planning, financial aid, and admissions processes; maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with committees to review admissions applications and provide expert recommendations for complex applicant pools.
• Develop specialized recruitment programs in Maricopa County in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
