Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Student Financial Services team in Arizona.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing financial aid programs.
• Lead staffing: hire, train, and evaluate departmental personnel.
• Counsel students and families on financial aid, payment options, and account balances.
• Analyze workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and support enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with campus departments to support enrollment, retention, and student success.
