Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for students, families, and campus partners in a high-volume environment.
• Provide advising on tuition, fees, billing, refunds, account balances, and payment options.
• Explain financial aid processes, timelines, eligibility, and verification requirements.
• Assist with financial planning and funding options including loans, grants, scholarships, COF, and 529 plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions in university systems.
