Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Structural Project Manager in a hybrid role near Madison, WI. The candidate will lead a team of engineers on diverse building and infrastructure projects, providing technical direction and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master's degree a plus.
• PE license in Wisconsin; SE is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including project management.

• Coach engineers at junior and mid-career levels with hands-on training and design critiques.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to a structural engineering group on building and infrastructure work.
• Handle quality control reviews and construction administration responsibilities.
