Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering (structural emphasis preferred).
• 5–10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structural designs, plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates for a range of public and private projects.
• Assist in developing bridge rehabilitation and replacement concepts, including alternatives and evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support project reporting, client communication, and quality control.
• Mentor and lead engineers and technicians, manage workflow, and contribute to team development.
• Learn and grow by staying current with structural design standards and expanding project and team management capabilities.
