The role requires a strong foundation in structural engineering, site evaluation, and mentorship for junior engineers, with occasional travel and site work as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of structural experience focused on buildings.
• PE license preferred.
• Proficiency with structural design software.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structures and components using software and manual calculations
• Ensure designs, reports, and documentation are accurate and meet codes and standards
• Collaborate with clients and internal/external teams to deliver on time, on budget, and per plan
• Coordinate project details with the Project Manager and Production Group during design
• Independently perform site visits to evaluate structural conditions
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers
