Carrier is seeking a Strategy and M&A Senior Manager for CHVAC Americas — Software & Controls Solutions. You will shape growth, identify acquisition targets, and manage end-to-end deal processes across finance, legal, HR, and IT.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on diligence and post-close value realization. The ideal candidate has deep financial modeling skills, 8+ years in corporate strategy or investment banking, and experience in industrial controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business required.
8+ years in corporate strategy, M&A, or related fields with deal execution experience.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).

Responsibilities

Lead inorganic growth initiatives and build the M&A pipeline across CHVAC Americas.
Develop business cases, valuation models, synergy tracking, and post-close plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams through diligence, integration, and execution.
Prepare executive communications and board-ready materials.
Engage with bankers, brokers, and strategic partners to expand the deal funnel.
