Job summary

Entertainment Earth is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join the Operations team in Simi Valley, CA. You will build a data-driven understanding of EE's customers across Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale channels and translate insights into strategic recommendations for the SVP of Operations and executive team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
• BA or BS degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
• MBA a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated experience structuring and answering open-ended, ambiguous business questions.
• Strong customer/segmentation analysis skills; experience profiling a customer base is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Shopify or comparable) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and commercial projects for the SVP of Operations and executive team.
• Build a comprehensive data-driven view of EE's customer base across Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale.
• Validate data migration and build reporting during ERP transitions; analyze operational performance to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with FP&A on data consistency where customer, operational, and financial metrics intersect; maintain ownership of customer and operational analysis.
• Prepare materials for executive and board strategy discussions and ad-hoc analyses as priorities arise.
