Job summary

Recycling Management Resources LLC in Pine Brook, NJ seeks a Sourcing & Vendor Manager to oversee hauler and service vendor networks, negotiate terms, and drive cost optimization with strong governance. This role partners with Operations, Billing, and Finance to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5-8+ years in vendor management, sourcing, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience in vendor relationships, contracting, and supplier performance.
• Strong commercial sense with pricing and total cost of ownership evaluation.
• Experience leading RFPs, bids, evaluations, and contract execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor sourcing, onboarding, and network development for haulers and recycling partners.
• Identify and onboard vendors based on coverage, capability, and pricing.
• Collaborate with finance to set up vendor partners.
• Map active services and vendor coverage to identify gaps.
• Lead RFPs, bid evaluations, price benchmarking, and SLA negotiations.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and billing alignment.
• Monitor vendor performance with scorecards and SLA compliance.
• Support new client launches with operations teams.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor issues and compliance concerns.
