Kids for the Future is seeking a Regional Sourcing Team Lead to optimize hauler relationships, drive service efficiency, and deliver savings for customer locations. You will manage bids, awards, and supplier performance while tracking metrics to support operational and financial goals.

This role requires strong Excel and Office skills, 2+ years in vendor management or operations, and the ability to travel or work onsite as needed. Remote-friendly with hybrid USA work arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, vendor management, or operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy in vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead hauler relationships and optimize service efficiency to drive savings.
• Complete bids and awards for project customers and Key Accounts.
• Review hauler network to identify efficiencies in operations and costs.
• Manage projects end-to-end: sourcing, awards, service requests, and billing questions.
• Resolve vendor performance issues and client inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Coach team members to improve quality and responsiveness.
• Ensure timely invoicing and data accuracy for deliveries and removals.
