Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in a procurement or strategic sourcing role.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience and comfort with a hybrid work model is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, conditions, and pricing agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct regular supplier reviews.
• Prepare and analyze tender documents, requests for quotations (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function.
